-Press Win+R on the keyboard to open Run box.

-Open the folders: Applications and Services Logs>Microsoft, Windows>Diagnostics-Performance >Operational

Look for an event ID named 100, which shows how long your laptop takes to start up. In this example, it is 2 minutes. The 101 IDs then show you which applications slow down your computer. For example:
